How to register as a patient

1. From home page go register option.
2. Give details in register from.
3. Select your roll ” Doctor”.

Or,

1. From home page function go for patient ID & Appointment.
2. Select ” Clinic”.

Or,

1. From appointment option, complete appointment form.
2. Submit.
3. You have a registration option.
